The homeowner asked me to give this home a new look.
How's that for a new look? Not only does it have a new look but with attic trusses, the square footage almost doubles. The cost of attic trusses compared to standard trusses adds about $1500. This upstairs room is about 28' x 64' (1800 SqFt) and could be one large family room, Master suite or whatever they want.
