To Whom it May Concern,
This letter is my personal recommendation for Curtis Pons. Curtis handled a
large renovation project for me from May through September of 2010. I
purchased a 2,400 square-foot condominium that was built in 1972 and had
not been updated since. Curtis and his talented crew gutted the entire
condominium and started fresh from the drywall. This included new tile,
cabinets, countertops, fixtures, showers and tubs in all three bathrooms.
They removed a wall and installed new cabinets, backsplash, appliances and
countertops in the kitchen. They also built a large pantry in what was
unused space, creating storage that was needed. They poured new concrete
and built a new fence for the patio. All the rooms required new flooring,
new paint and new lighting fixtures, all handled by Curtis and his crew.
Curtis installed all new baseboards, doorframes and interior and exterior
doors throughout. The brick fireplace was semi-demolished and rebuilt in a
much more attractive fashion and a new mantel was installed. Curtis
designed and built a bedroom suite (bedroom, reading nook, walk-in closet)
in was what unfinished storage space.
The quality of the work throughout the project was outstanding. Every
member of Curtis's crew did a fantastic job. Curtis was responsive to my
ideas and concerns. He had several good ideas and come up with innovative
ways to solve the problems that came up along the way. It's clear that
Curtis enjoys what he does and is a good manager. He would be an asset to
any company.
